dearest diary,
you're right. it makes me a bit sad too, hearing that anita and the
kids have now gone home to romblon. the place in caloocan will never be
quite the same again. even suseth has said in her letter to mama she is
going to miss them.
it's going to be so peaceful and quiet there for a long, long. long
while. despite their noise, tantrums, other mischief, and all, those
kids have also been the source of lot of joy for all of you there, one
way or the ohter, including mama and me, when we were still there. at
least, they've kept the place alive, though they've also caused some
tempers, especially mine, to flare up at times.
in fact, i've been missing them a lot too eversince we got here, but
i will miss them more so now that i know they've gone even farther away.
i'm so glad unkoy was able to send me here a ninja turtle sketch he did especially
upon my request. it should now mean more to me than before. it could at
least remind me of the pleasant times we've shared with each other.
but the kids should be able to take this in stride. as soon as they've
settled down in romblon and made new friends and acquaintances there,
i'm sure they will be enjoying their stay in that wonderful island
paradise as much as i did when was growing up there. i think we should
even be happy for the kids for they are giving up the hassles and
stresses of city life for the joy and thrill of gowing up in the peace
and quiet of country life. what with all those sea and beaches and
mountain hikes all beckoning to them, "come and have fun while you're
young!"
but i know, it's going to be very hard on tita rosing. i wonder how
she'll be able to take this separation or how she can get used to
missing those kids. but how about kuya bobot and ate tita and michelle
and jojo? are they still there. and rose and jessa. they should be able
to give some comfort to tita rosing while those kids are away. and
maybe, mario should get himself busy so he does not miss the kids so
much. and also tell tita rosing she should now get herself more involved
in the coordination work on the caloocan property matter so she'll have
some form of a diversion to take her mind away from the kids.
i really feel sad that you and the kids were not even able to say your
goodbyes. and just writing about it now already makes me want to cry.
so, i think i better leave it at that.

si Jyrick ay tapos na ng college ngayon, sila Unyong (unkoy) at Titoy ay nasa college na ngayon at malapit na rin mag graduate....yong bobso na lang ni Anita ang nag-aaral pa sa Romblon...si Mario ay Eng./Lawyer na ngayon....
